Corporate Social Responsibility
At Hindustan Laboratories Limited, we are committed to contributing positively to the social and economic development of the Company.
In compliance with the Companies (Corporate Social Responsibility Policy) Rules, 2014, as amended, the Company has been spending the required CSR amount by donating the same as approved by the Board of Directors of the Company.
In terms of our CSR policy, our CSR expenditure may be towards, amongst others, eradicating hunger, poverty and malnutrition, promoting health care and sanitization, promoting education, promoting gender equality, empowering women, ensuring environmental sustainability, ecological balance, etc.
